Each game or experience on Roblox is assigned a content rating based on its content. If your content maturity setting on Roblox is set to a lower level than the game you’re trying to join requires, you’ll encounter the “Content not accessible” error.

The warning message will typically say something like:

If you use Roblox on your Android or iPhone and see this error message while joining a game on the phone, you can fix it by following the steps below. For this you have to set the content maturity from minimal or mild to moderate or restricted.

To set Roblox’s content maturity to moderate or restricted on Android or iPhone:

1. Open Roblox App on Your Phone and Tap on More at Bottom Right Corner.

2. Tap on Settings.

3. Tap on Privacy.

4. Tap on Content Maturity.

5. Now, Increase the Content Maturity Level to Moderate or Restricted.

That’s it! Now if you join any game in Roblox on your phone, you will not see any warning.

How to Fix ‘Content not accessible’ in Roblox on PC

If you use Roblox on your computer or laptop, then you can fix the ‘Content not accessible’ issue by following the steps given below.

To set Roblox’s content maturity to moderate or restricted on pc:

Step 1. Open Any Desktop Browser on Your Computer and Go to Roblox Website ↗.

Step 2. Now, Sign in to Your Account.

Step 3. Click on Gear Icon on Top Right Corner and Select Settings.

Step 4. Click on Settings.

Step 5. Click on Privacy.

Step 6. Click on Privacy & Content Maturity, Then Select Content Maturity.

Step 7. Now, Move the Slider to Moderate or Restricted.

Note: If you select Restricted, you’ll need to verify your identity. Because to set the content maturity level to Restricted, you must be 17 years or above.

That’s it! You’ll now have access to all Roblox experiences without the ‘Content is not available’ warning.
