How to Turn Off Trending Topics on Bluesky App

If you use the BlueSky app on your Android phone or iPhone and want to turn off trending topics, then there are two methods given below; just follow them.

Method 1. Disable Trending Topics from Search

Step 1. Open Bluesky App and Tap on Search Icon At Bottom Bar.

Step 2. Simply Tap on “X” Icon Next to Trending and Select Hide to Confirm.

Method 2. Disable Trending Topics from Bluesky Settings

Step 1. Open Bluesky App and Tap on Three Lines (☰) at Top Left Corner.

Step 2. Tap on Settings.

Step 3. Tap on Content and Media.

Step 4. Turn Off the ‘Enable Trending Topics’ Toggle.

How to Turn Off Trending Topics on Bluesky Web Client

If you use the BlueSky website on your desktop browser, then you can easily hide trending topics by following any of the two methods mentioned below.

Method 1. Disable Trending Topics from Search Section

Step 1. Open Bluesky Website (bsky.app) on Your PC or Laptop.

Step 2. Click on Search.

Step 3. Click on “X” Icon Next to Trending.

Step 4. Click on Hide to Confirm.

Method 2. Disable Trending Topics from Bluesky Settings

Step 1. Open Bluesky Website (bsky.app) on Your PC or Laptop.

Step 2. Click on Settings at Left Menu Bar and Select Content and Media.

Step 3. Simply Uncheck the Box Next to ‘Enable Trending Topics’.

That’s all! Trending Topics is now removed from your BlueSky. However, you can get trending topics back on BlueSky by following these steps.
