Are you aware of which devices are linked to your account on the JioHotstar app? If not, it’s important to check this for your account’s security.

#1. On Mobile Phone

If you’re using the JioHotstar app on your Android or iPhone and want to check which devices are linked to your account, it’s very easy to do. Just make sure that the JioHotstar app on your phone is updated to the latest version.

Open JioHotstar App on Your Android or iPhone.
Tap on My Space at Bottom Right Corner.
Tap on Help & Settings.
Tap on Account Settings.
Here You’ll See All Logged-in Devices with Your Account.
Tap on Log Out Button Next to Device You Want to Remove.

#2. On Desktop

If you access the JioHotstar website on a computer, laptop, or PC, then it is also very easy to check the logged-in devices and log out them. For this, you need to follow the steps mentioned below.

Step 1. Open JioHotstar Website on Your Desktop Browser.

Step 2. Once You’re Logged into Your Account, Simply Click on My Space at Left Menu Pane.

Step 3. Click on Help & Settings.

Step 4. Click on Subscription & Devices.

Step 5. Here You’ll See All Logged-in Devices with Your Account.

Step 6. Click on Log Out Button Next to Device You Want to Remove.

That’s all! You’re all done…

Note: JioHotstar automatically removes the additional logged-in devices if the device number exceeds the limit.

Q 1. Can I log out of all devices on JioHotstar at once?

Answer – No! Currently, you cannot log out all logged-in devices on JioHotstar at once. You will have to log out these logged-in devices one by one.

Q 2. Can I see the location of the devices logged into my JioHotstar account?

Answer – No! JioHotstar doesn’t show the exact location of the logged-in device. However, you can see the device type (e.g., mobile, Android TV, Google TV, tablet) and the last active time.

Q 3. Can I see the login history for my JioHotstar account?

Answer – Currently, JioHotstar doesn’t provide details of login history. However, you can view the list of currently logged-in devices in the Manage Devices section.
