To manage Jio AirFiber, Jio provides a mobile application that is available for Android and iOS (iPhone). This application helps to view the list of devices connected to your Jio AirFiber. For this, follow the steps given below.
Step to check how many devices are connected to your Jio AirBiber:
1. Download and Install JioHome App on Your Phone and Login with Your Registered Number.
2. Open JioHome App and Tap on MySafeNet.
3. Tap on Forward Arrow.
4. Here, You Can See List of All Devices That are Connected with Your Jio AirFiber.
Note: The devices or users marked with a green dot are currently connected and using the internet.

How to Block Connected Devices in Jio AirFiber
If a user is using your Jio AirFiber WiFi without your permission, you can block them. When you block them, they can connect to your Wi-Fi but cannot access the internet. Follow the steps below to remove unwanted connected devices from Jio AirFiber.
Steps to block or remove connected devices from Jio AirFiber router:
1. Open JioHome App and Tap on MySafeNet.
2. Tap on Forward Arrow.
3. Tap on Three Dots (⋮) Next to Device You Want to Block.
4. Tap on Block Internet.
5. Tap on YES to Confirm.

1. Open JioHome App and Tap on MySafeNet.
2. Tap on Forward Arrow.
