Meta has added this end-to-end encryption feature to WhatsApp to improve privacy. In this article, I have explained how to enable and disable end-to-end encryption in WhatsApp.
WhatsApp says that when you turn on this end-to-end encryption, WhatsApp itself or any third-party interceptors cannot access the chatting between two users. This end-to-end encryption works like a safeguard that prevents spam and fraud message tampering.
