Step 1. Open Telegram App and Find that File or Message You Want to Forward without the Sender Name and Caption.

Step 3. Now Tap on Forward Icon on Forward Preview.

Step 4. A Pop-up menu will Appear. Tap on Hide Sender Name Option.
